This website is operated by lot owners at The Woods at Duck Harbor, a 960-acre woodland and lake community in Equinunk, Wayne County, Pennsylvania. It is a private, community-run informational and communications platform. It is not operated by a formally constituted management company or commercial entity. Non-Commercial Purpose

This website is a non-commercial community resource. It exists solely to share helpful local information among neighbors and the surrounding Equinunk area.

• We do not sell, rent, or share user data with any third party for any purpose.
• We do not accept advertising revenue, paid placements, or sponsored content.
• We do not use any collected information for marketing, promotions, or commercial outreach.
• No contractor or service provider listed on this site has paid for inclusion.

• Access requests: name, email address, phone number, and an optional description of your lot or property to help verify lot ownership.
• Account registration: if you redeem an invitation code, your name, email address, and lot number are associated with your account.
• Forum posts: any content you submit to the private lot owner forum is stored and visible to other verified lot owners.
• Contact form messages: name, email address, and message content you submit through the site's contact form.

Information collected automatically

• Login audit records: when you log in, we record your name, email address, IP address, and timestamp. This is used to detect unauthorized access and maintain account security.
• Session data: a session cookie is used to keep you logged in. No third-party tracking cookies are used.
• Server logs: standard web server logs may record IP addresses and pages accessed. These are used for security monitoring and are not shared.

How We Use Your Information

• To verify that access requesters are genuine lot owners before granting community access.
• To operate the private lot owner forum and document library.

Your Rights and Choices

You may contact us at any time to request access to the personal information we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate information, request deletion of your account and associated data, or withdraw consent for use of your information. Forum posts may be anonymized rather than deleted to preserve community discussion continuity. Withdrawing consent will result in loss of community access. Children's Privacy

This site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to this site, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
